Shocking delivery . I live 5 minutes away and pizza took 45 minutes to arrive. Delivery guy phoned because he was lost. Then when he arrived he shouted at my gate, not bothering to come to door. Left till slip in car. No sanitizing. Will never do delivery again.

Terrible service from the lady at the counter waited for my order when it was already done but the lady was too lazy to check the proper number for the pizza. Would not recommend this place

I received very good service here and the pizza was delicious! I ordered online from the website and everything worked out perfectly and it was so easy and convenient.

Its safe parking good staff and friendly ATMs not far pick a pay and pep friendly staff as well

The staff here is very friendly and the store is in a great location, very convinient, unfortunately when I went, they gave me the wrong order, which I dont mind myself since it was a pizza I would have ordered for myself in any other circumstance but one of the pizzas had bacon and the person I was going to be sharing the pizzas with doesnt eat pork (I ordered 2 chicken pizzas).

I places an online order at 11h00 today for collection at 6pm. Received my confirmation SMS from the store. Then I phoned them to confirm the details. Get to the store at 6pm for my collection at my order is not ready. Why bother to place online orders then???

I was really disappointed by your service yesterday cause I had high hopes of yall.So I ordered two pizza pies which were BBQ Chicken and Beef but instead received BBQ Chicken and Bolognaise which really made me sick.The reason why Im saying sick is because that after tasting the Bolognaise pizza pie my face started to swell and also had an itchy rash and a Runny nose so I ended up buying myself an allergex.I never thought I wouldve be allergic to anything until you guys gave me a wrong order,you almost cost me my life and I think Ill never be able to buy anything from your franchise ever again.😭😭💔

Decent pizzas with decent prices

Pizza took 1hour orso to be made all the clients became anxious the staff were totally rattled. Not a good experience

Waiting times become a little annoying when theyre really busy (30 minutes plus) but worth it regardless.

I asked the lady to make my pizza a little crispy and she did. Will be returning.

This is the only Romans pizza we ever go to in Port Elizabeth.. We love all your deals its value for money 😁 Our favorite pizza is the caramelized onion and Russian pizza 😋 we love the thick base soft and fluffy. It does take some waiting time but we then go walk around in the other shops if its open

Slowest service ever

I received extremely poor service from Romans Newton Park.... I called in and placed a call and collect, I was told by Sinethemba (who happens to be the manager) that my order would take 40minutes to prepare, after 40minutes I arrived and introduced myself and paid for my order which took Chanell behind the counter more than 4 times to pick up the correct order. I then waited another 40minutes before questioning their service, no one could answer as to why my call and collect order was not yet ready.. Plase keep in mind that my kids was with me and very hungry if I might add... After an hour went by and I aprouched the counter again only to find out that my order has been ready for the past 15 minutes... Oh oops they thought it was someone elses order... After speaking to other customers standing around for ages I came to a conclusion that the Newton Park branch has no clue on how to deal with a customer or even provide a meal within the promised time.. Not once was I given an explanation or apology for the inconvenience to me and my family... Very bad

Any place you can see the food prepared must b good. My pizza cooked to perfection with the base exactly what I asked for.

Called 12 times. The consultant made it like she cant hear my call twice. After that she ignored me 12 times. I just wanted to place an order for 2 large pizzas and now I get rude customer service instead. If this is how you do business then expect to lose customers.

I have never waited this long for an order i placed via telephone. I was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes but when I arrived at Romans I waited another 27 minutes basically waited 42 minutes for my pizzas very poor service. The pizzas are always tasty but the service is not upto scratch not hoing back there.

I have order thick base pizza then after the order whent in they dont have any thick base pizza available and it is only 19.10 on 24/08/2019 and they are open till 22.00 . Wow what a way to do business. I am not happy had to take a thin base pizza.

A great place for take-out pizza. Not as popular as some of the other restaurants in the franchise, which is great at busy times like month end, as the wait stays quite reasonable.

Very convenient and I love my large deep base Four in One and Supreme pizzas ... yum ! Only one bad experience, when I had to wait in the queue whilst one of the staff argued with a customer over her order ... in the end I walked away.

Very disappointing service tonight. Unfriendly staff, I repeated my order twice and they still got it wrong after I had to wait 25minutes for my order but I was told to wait 10-15 minutes. Im very upset about this and I hope someone will do something about this. Romans will never see me again.
