On behalf of my ex-employee:Information received on first call: x5 day course, x2 days theory and x2 days practical at a petrol station. On 5th day after test and passed, will receive a certificate. R1000 payable on registration.Enrolled on05 Feb 2021 and paid the monies. attended x1 day on customer service and on the Monday 8/02/21 wrote a test. Passed.Had to attend x1 day practical (contradictory to information received from the receptionist) which only occurred on Monday 17/02/21. On arrival, no person to accompany learner and was taken to Uitenhage, where there were no-one else to assist at petrol stations.Brought the person back to PE and said he will receive a call during the week to inform him of the day of practical in same week. It is 19/02/21 and after numerous phone calls, no call back to indicate when the practical will occur.On Monday the 22/02.21 I will accompany ex-employee to demand monies paid back, or immediate placement of practical. But doubtful if the course is meeting the Ceta demands and regulations. No petrol attendance information in the theory, although test included questions regarding safety.If no placement for two days, I will be writing to the consumer council on how innocent people are being taking for a ride.
