Instructions that come with these timers, are never used friendly. Thanks Benjamin Iwill definitely make use of your service again.Irene Perry

I had no hot water from my geyser. I phoned Benjamin, and he came out later that day. He came prepared with all necessary parts, in case it the element needed to be replaced. The element was fine and the problem was with the wiring on the distribution board, and there was a good chance that burnt out wiring would cause a fire. The whole board was wired with wires that were too small. All done by a so called professional electrician 6 months ago. He rewired the board and got everything safe and working. He charged a very reasonable fee. I will definitely be calling on him again soon, as I have more work which needs to be fixed up.

This company went beyond all reasonable expectations to get an urgent DB board installation done urgently and after hours. The professional advice given is greatly appreciated.

My Electrical Distribution Board was faulty it smelled like it was burning and some wires were starting to melt. I sent a WhatsApp message to BV Electricals at 11h36am on a Saturday. At 11h37am on the same Saturday (2021/07/03) I got feedback and at 11hh39am I got my free quote after I had sent a picture of my faulty DB .My DB was sorted before 14h00pm everything was back to normal. I was very impressed with the service that I received from BV Electrical. I recommend that if you have electrical issues you will get a professional service from BV.
