I received excellent service from Daniel with the delivery of my letter today. Great customer service indeed.

So disappointed with this courier. Calls to offices were cut off on two occasions and they didnt bother to phone back. Driver agreed to phone me to arrange delivery, but it never happened. Spent 20 minutes at their offices and they still couldnt arrange to give me my new FNB card. Just not good enough!!!

My parcel arrived last week Thursday to them...they told me they dont deliver in the location which I was fine. I was going back at work on Monday n they arranged for Wednesday.....no time of arrival was communicated..they had to turn cz they come early n was not at home yet so they turned away with the parcel n said they wil come today which is the next day...today Im getting SMS saying Next week

Surpose to deliver a package said between am and 12pm I called at 12 then said 2pm its now nearly 3pm and when u call they very unhelpful will neva recommend them poorer then poor service

Was supposed to deliver a parcel yesterday according to sms received from them. No delivery and not answering their phone. Very bad service.. Many other courier companies that you can use so dont waste your time.

Illiterate customer service caller. I had a call from the Cape Town branch to deliver a parcel for me tomorrow. The caller was not trained to speak to the public. She couldnt spell the most simplest word and asked me numerous times to spell it again. IShe also asked me the same questions over and over again. Eventually had to put the phone down as I ran out of patience.

Seriously bad and unprofessional service. After my calls being put down 3 times, speaking to 3 different agents all in different provinces and still no answer. They also show no interest in resolving errors they made! I deal with a lot of couriers daily and these guys are seriously the WORST!

They were looking for drivers. Sent my details, phoned me and asked if I have matric, I confirmed I have. Lady told me they are looking for people with primary school education, but still asked if I do have my certificate, to which I replied no, I wrote matric in 1980 in Ermelo, to which she said that is a problem?

Ill call you in 2 min Sir , Yeah right.. still waiting. You know how to waste time.

Unprofessional and unreliable.... made to wait the whole day for them to deliver a package. They neglected to call me when they arrived and then after speaking to several consultants I was told that the driver went home early...
