Unprofessional, slow and inefficient when it comes to conveyancing. Very poor communication and poor (inexistent) advise. Unclear and no transparency on cost. I was asked to pay 3 months of rates and levies to be refund 1 month after the transfer with no explanation. It seems this office has an history of dragging on process. Not surprising as they get a % of the interest on payment transfer (increasing over time).
