Nice place to live in, quiet, secure and good na nabours all round.

One of the few AirBnbs that actually feel warm

Lived there for a year. It is quite a nice location, close to restaurants, shops, malls, parks and not too far from the beach. Its really close to the airport too but I was never bothered by the noise. There is only a handful of planes that I could hear.

The apartment was really not very clean. There were a broken bucket filled with water and a mop standing just outside the bedroom door. There are no cleaning service offered. Also no cleaning aids except for the broken bucket, a filthy broom and a bit of dishwashing liquid. One of the towels were already previously used. The gas braai was too dirty to use and we threw one of the duvets over the couch before we sat down. One side of the washing machine is held up by a bunch of toilet paper and the other side with a piece of carton. There are no bar chairs as shown in the photo. The toaster is filthy (but in a locked cupboard there is a brand new one). It is also extremely noisy outside. It sounded as if the street outside is used for drag racing. Also not even a bit of sugar, coffee and milk as courtesy before you van get to the shop. And Pierre does get rude if you arrive 10 minutes later than you indicated. I took photos of everything stated here and are prepared to share it.

Tenants have bo respect for peoples parking bays. No security and no control.
