Unless youre willing to beg for assistance, then Id recommend them. Ive been liaising with these people virtually and gave them my specs required. They stated that they can assist me. On two occasions we have arranged to meet at their premise/shop (After struggling to get responses on WhatsApp and asking them if I could rather phone them or go to their store for a better response). The first time I went there, they already sold the laptop they told me theyd have for me. The second time I went there, the shop was closed. When I tried getting hold of them, at first they didnt answer and then turned their phone off. I never heard from them. I told them that I am in desperate need because the laptop I needed urgently was for work. They couldve just said that they wont help me instead of just letting me hang on a line and beg them for over a week for help. Worst of all is that they never got back to me. They blue ticked my messages and never apologized. BAD BAD BAD service!!

I sent an enquiry for a laptop on the 7th of May after seeing some of their ads on Gumtree. The message was read but I never received a reply. 2 weeks later, still no reply. I sent a question mark, hoping to maybe get their attention, maybe an apology as well, still no reply on what is suposed to be their WhatsApp business account. Extremely unprofessional. If this is how they treat possible clients, then I believe the bad reviews from past clients.

I bought a 2nd hand hp laptop from laptop technologies in Newton Park a month ago. The lady said at the time that she will assist me if I have any problems. Well I contacted her to tell her that it is very slow hardly picks up my wifi and dwnloadbtakesb2 days to complete. I bought it the day b4 lockdown. Got no receipt she said she would email me. Now she says I had to return it with in 7 days which I didnt know and could not do during lockdown. Im now stuck with it it seems. I dnt know much about pcs. I know service to the public does not work like this. Im really disappointed in now having a laptop I cannot use.

I will never, ever buy anything from this place again. I bought a second hand laptop from them in Aug 19 with a brand new battery in it, so it was said. After 5 weeks the battery is not charging any more. And Im told that because it is past 1 month the battery cannot be replaced. I will not recommend them to anybody. You lucky if you had a good experience. Mine was bad and the customer service very bad. No effort to accommodate you in any way.
