Terrible service- new to Emerald Fire, wifi going on and of for 5 days, now have to wait to Monday until someones in the office

Several farms in the addo area wanted wireless access, so I contacted emerald fire on a recommendation.No answer on weekends. First red flag on support. It appears they work standard office hours:not good if you are an ISP.I did get hold of a lady who had no idea what wireless. Anotherady said someone would get back to me. I did ask for the owner or someone technical. That was about 3 weeks ago..Cant recommend

Unreliable service provider. many interruption of their service. been going on since i joined. not happy

So this company does not actually deserve the star,but for the purpose of doing a review it needs to be there. Empty promises from the owner himself,does not take your calls. Setup appointments but do not arrive at all. Everyday the same empty promises, yet no service. How can one expect to get aftersales service if this is the service before an installation is done! Did not expect this at all,but yet again if you do not need the business this is the kind of service you are bound to give people. Would not recommend Emerald Fire Or GVB for that matter to anyone!

Amazing service! Phoned yesterday in regards to wifi at my house during lockdown. They installed it today. Staff was very friendly and professional. Very impressed with this company.

What a terrible place to deal with. Promises aren t fulfilled for days and WEEKS at a time. I will never recommend this company to anybody. They bring a lot of paper work, but their promises of what all will be working turns out to be empty. They work on a fault for literally more than a week and leave you without a telephone service. Having begged them to install my phone, It is still not working properly and they are looking into it. It seems to be the trend. An absolute Nil star from me as well. I will have to cancel my service with them. They are contracted by ECN which I hear has a good name, but sjoe, absolutely not recommended by me.

I phoned this company today and the guy just put the phone down in my ear, rude. Will never do business with them

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They will charge you for items you never agreed to and then threaten legal action when you challenge them. They are overpriced and the service is lacking greatly. Rather take your business elsewhere.

Came to speak to us ...promised to quote us as new antenna is now in place in our area.Then...NOTHING!! only today months and months later we get a email asking do we want fibre. no guys you came and promised us and then simply ...went away.
