Absolutely love this quaint place! Often come here for my gadern and green finger requirements.But I mainly come here for the friendly experience and excellent service at their coffee shop/ restaurant.10/10 for food and service. By the way, best homemade lasagne ever! Would highly recommend.Everytime I visit, the people and staff are amazing. Truly attracts a friendly atmosphere.

My favourite nursery to visit and purchase plants and also to have a bite to eat or a cup of coffee. Lovely and well kept grounds. My daughter loves coming with me.There are a wide variety of shops in the centre and a new section selling antique items. I need to revisit to this section for some collectables.

I love this garden centre. Just a pity that in a world where online shopping is becoming the norm that one cannot find specials or search products on their website. Sometimes one is looking for something specific and end up going elsewhere where you know it is available.

Great little garden based center. Awesome antiques, good little coffee shop / restaurant, and brilliant nursery. There is also a pet shop, coffee roastery, baby shop, book shop and much more in this relaxed center.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, neat and clean. Lots of amazing plant species indoor and out. Amazing Cafe and Health store.

The service was fantastic. I have been there twice once with pets and this morning without pets. The pets were very well treated and each received a bowl of water. We will deffinately go there and can recomend that other people do the same.

We love going to Sherwood Garden Centre. Always plenty to browse through, second hand books, farmers market, household items and beautiful garden area, kid friendly. The meals served are delicious too. Thank you for making this a want to come again experience

Absolutely amazing. A huge variety of plants, any plant, shrub, cactus or flower you can think off. With a pet boutique on site selling fish, birds, accessories..all you may want you can find there. Also on site is a hairdresser, coffee shop, and a little bargain store, all nestled in nature surrounded by water features...truly blissful and tranquil.

A firm favourite among locals, it was my first time back after 18 years of absence from Port Elizabeth. I was delighted with the improvememts made over time and, what was usually a good experience became even better. The service was somewhat slower than anticipated but friendly and, given the weekday and time of afternoon, totally excusable. Home and garden lovers must pop in to see what is on offer. The restaurant has a fine selection of sweet conectionery and I will have to be back to try it.

Large variety of plants and garden equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just wish there were baskets for when you buy too much to carry in your hand, but too little to warrant pulling around an entire cart.

This place is wonderful! Over the years, it has improved so much. I used to hate going there. But then it suddenly got so much better. The food in the coffee shop is lovely. The plants are beautiful. And the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing.

Always enjoy visiting Sherwood Garden Centre. They definitely qualify for a 5 out of 5 star rating. Well kept and always improving and expanding. Staff very friendy and knowledgeable and the same goes for the Pet Boutique and Book Shop at the Centre. Much appreciated.

A visit to PE for me isnt complete until I have visited Sherwood Garden Center. I just love the place. Clean and neat, healthy plants and divine coffee shop with excellent meals and drinks... and cakes!

Absolutely love eating at the Garden Café. It was a little hot on Sunday and very busy, but the service and food were still excellent. 👍👍

Very relaxing and beautiful. Inside is an awesome coffee and restaurant whereby you get an almost outside feeling while dinning with nature around you.Great atmosphere as other people came in.WhaT I love most about this place is the quietness, far to often you go to restaurants now days with music playing and too much noise around that you cant even ymhear yourself talk to your company.. This place is a breath of fresh air and the chicken peanut butter dish you see in the images I attached was absolutely deliciously.

Very interesting place. Had lunch there which was far too much. Looking for nice airplants in frames but could not find any. There was one but R 450 was a bit too much for pensioners to purchase for family.

A lovely and colourful nursery. A wide variety of plants and useful ideas of using old doors, picture frames, etc. Great and tasty breakfasts. The homemade cake is to die for!!! A relaxing place to take visitors and just relax.

This morning decided to enjoy breakfast at the Sherwood Garden Cafe. Be warned (not a bad thing) but the waiters bring you your food and drink AFTER you have queued, ordered and paid for it by the till.In the photos you can see the menu and pricing as well as what we enjoyed. There is a large cappuccino, a TheBIG meal, kiddies chicken strips meal and cheese cake (salted caramel).The venue where we sat was inside the nursery building and one gets to enjoy nature coming in (see photo of bird) and enjoying some egg in a plate (assume lefted there for them). Most enjoyable experience.Prices were a tad steep, but food was very tasty and it was agreed in the end that it was good value for money (for a payday outing). Definitely will pay them a visit again.Score 5/5

Lovely setting for my mother to meet with friends.Food ordered was very disappointing - quiche with a whiff of asparagus and costly. Actually food was revolting.Waitress insisted of waving the tip jar, demanding a tip...... Not appropriate behaviour:(
