Great collection of books at fairly reasonable prices. Theres only one Exclusive Books store in all of Port Elizabeth and it doesnt disappoint. Managed to find what I was looking for along with a few variants as well. The only issue I had was the closing time on Sunday, which was three hours prior to what was stated, which meant I had to come back again the Monday, and the drive isnt the closest.

Biggest selection of classic to make that bookshelf look extraordinary. Love the addition of manga, boardgames and tabletop RPGs. This is the reason I frequent Walmer Park.

I went in to pick up my book (which I had ordered online), and I must say, the service was excellent as I didnt even spend five minutes in the store.

I still prefer my hardcover books and this is where I get them.

This is a really good bookstore I like their service and they are very helpful and friendly if you need something specific. I was looking for a book called Essential Tagalog eventhough they didnt have in stock they were more than happy to assist me and offer to order the book online. If you need a good source of books Exclusive Books is your place.

The place is neat but the customer service is shady. When I wanted to buy a book, the sales lady said she can only assist me if I bring the code of the book. I was disappointed because I counted on Exclusive Books.

They say Give Credit where it is due! Well I have to complement this book store on efficiency as well as keeping to their own delivery times as promised. (36 hours or less) I ordered this book online on the 5th November (Jhb) . It was available in PE on the 6th November. Well done Exclusive Books!

To the chap working behind the counter Friday 16 Aug 2019 around 7pm you have no customer skills. Didnt even look up to see the customers come in or offer any assistance . Check CCTV footage! Totally in the wrong job.

I had ordered a book online on the 9th of January with the delivery date scheduled for the 20 January. I was prepared to wait a few extra days but now it is the 26th of January and the book has still not arrived, after neumerous phone calls to the call centre, they could not give me a date of arrival. I hope that the ox wagon courier company that you use eventually delivers this book to me before Christmas 2017.
