Great service from the Cycle Pro Team. New to the mountain biking world and out of the stores visited in PE, really enjoyed their experience and patience the most! Best sales technique was suggesting I should take the bike for a ride and truly was an enjoyable experience riding around the parking lot. This gave me the confidence that the sales team was interested in my needs even though I wasnt buying a 80k bike, but rather looking to the entry level offering. My husband was at the shop twice and they are so rude and unwilling to help. Yesterday I went to get some parts because my husband refuses to go there anymore. On my arrival I was told to come back the next day because they have a lot of bikes that need to go out!!!! Made me feel so insignificant. Very unprofessional and clearly they do not need sales (no matter how small). Or maybe because I dont drive a Audi or Benz. So I left and went to a shop at Miramar and was greeted with a smile and with so much professionalism. Never ever will I go to Cycle Pro. And I will never ever recommend them to anyone.

Changed from 2 stars to 3 stars after a call from an employee (Rezaan) who always has a good attitude and is willing to help. Still not sure about the rest of the staff. There seems to be a divide on on how they treat customers ( Pros vs No name brands)
