Same old same old Blinking Owl, a place to go and just let hair down. Decent enough custom and reasonable prices, did not survive about 30 years by not being right recept for what it is

Nice pub for karaoke and meeting up with friends. Offers food and a large variety of drinks. Centrally located in Newton Park for easy access from all sides of town.

Although I have only been here once, the bartender and crowd were warm, friendly and inviting. Add to that a relaxed, traditional bar and you are guaranteed a great experience. The blinking owl far surpassed my expectations and I recommend it to everyone

Decent pub situated on the main area of Cape Road. Lots of parking in the rear and easily accessible.Staff are helpful and friendly. The pub itself is large enough to not be overcrowded and small enough so one does not feel lost..The prices are reasonable and drink selection varied. Unfortunately on my visit there was no draught avaliable on tap.Well worth a visit at least once.

Fantastic place for a drink and there food is fantastic proper swedish dishes some of the best meals in pe can be found there.

Karaoke nights are fun! Drinks are affordable. People are friendly.

The pub was quiet, 3 or so tables occupied and myself at the bar - midweek lunchtime. Barman was young and clearly inexperienced, but friendly accomodative (made pleasant small talk). Cheap drinks, paid R27 for a draught.
