I visited old mutual branch Kenako about a week ago. I followed the queue as any one else. I am a nurse working in a hospital and was just from work. I was waiting my turn for a very long time and decided to get up and leave. My concern is though Covid 19 can be spread through anyone we as health care workers are more at risk of transmitting it to someone.One enquiry whether we as health care worker are been prioritized and wanting to know if my RA tax certificate cant be faxed, I was just given a cold reply that I will have to follow the queue. As South Africans we must be aware of our new reality which is COVID 19. Been on level 2 does not mean the virus is no more. It was very disappointing and unprofessional from the branches part that they dont prioritize resulting in risking lives of others
