A few months ago I went to Bidvest Bankto deposit money for my daughter to spend.She opened a study abroad accountfor studies in the country Columbus found.The service was great and the staff helpfuland for that we are grateful!

Pathetic service.

Went to Bidvest bank Walmer Park 19th December supposed to open at 8:30 only opened at 9:00 wanted a cash card , no cash cards avaliable so we asked for $US none in the bank, we were told they dont keep money for security reasons what sort of bank is this wont see us again.

The gentleman who served us at Bidvest, Walmer Park forgot to send in the order for the currency, then they forgot to tell us to bring fica docs in . We were told to collect the funds at Joberg international airport instead and that it was on the international side. Turns out , Bidvest is on the domestic side so there was a huge panic to find it , with the result that we almost missed our flight. Im so not impressed.
