I agree with the 3 to 5 star rating because I dont always find what Im looking for there, so I rate it 4 stars. For example, I occasionally dont find my favourite soap there, however, they have alternatives. Well done to them 👏

Had to stand on the line for an hour .. 4 money market cashier available.. ignoring people moving slowly and you could see in their faces they are not in the mood assit.we believe they were with a supervisor who could not even care less. Service at shoprite is always bad ..as in very bad. I for one ,only go to shoprite if need really be.abd I tell my people not to use any shoprite as I do not want them to receive this bad treatment.

There is definitely a lot of room for improvement in this store. Customer service does not exist. The staff is not helpfull at all. I asked one of the staff members where is the biscuit isle she showed me the chips isle and said she does not1 know where the biscuits are. The cashier was not helpful either especially when I took out my own packet for her to help pack my goods she looked the other side and carried on with the card transaction. The security offered to pack my goods which was great service from him but he neglected his own duties at the shop as he was in deep conversation with the cashier right infront of me. Shoprite must get their staff attitudes right please. We are also tired from work atleast acknowledge your clients and show appreciation for their presences. There are lots of other stores we can go to but we are supporting this store in kwazakhele.
