This company is on the ball. They collected my double fridge, assessed over night, and send out the repair report and quote the next day. They returned it without a scratch, not to say they carried it down a flight of stairs and the guys were so gracious. The service was awesome and now I have a working fridge. Quoted me R5870 to replace washng machine drum. Got another repair service to access my machine. A spanner later and R630, 100% repaired without replacing the total machine.Service poor. Negative feedback not taken as something to learn from. Received a bunch of excuses.

They collected my dishwasher over 10 days ago. Still no quote or in fact any update regarding cost or expected time frame. When you do eventually get hold of them they say they are so very busy. Tell us that before you collect our machines so that we have the opportunity to go to somebody else. Shocking service so far and they havent even started working on the machine...
