B & L Appliances Repairs are the Port Elizabeth agents for AEG appliances. When my wife phoned to ask if they would order a replacement control unit for an AEG electric blanket she was told that they dont have anything to do with electric blankets and no further help or advice was forthcoming. I believe that agents should be more helpful.

Terrible service. They say that the stock will be in pe within 3 days so I paid the full invoice because thats what they requested and they dont bother to keep you up to date with whats happening or even try and still after 10 days after payment and 4 phone calls from me, still waiting for them to let me know what is happening never mind the installation. Waiting to see how long that will take. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with B & L appliances!

Repairs only to break again

Very good service. Problem was detected and rectified immediately. Within 20 minutes, my fridge ran like a new one after replacing a thermostat.
