Took my dishwasher in to be fixed because it was leaking water on filling up. After we fetched it,i could not even complete a cycle because it still had the same problem after paying R1100. Got quite a cold shoulder at the shop.No call yet on the status of my dishwasher. Its been a week since I returned it and 2 weeks since we fetched it after its been fixed. I wont do business with them again.

Worst service ever! My 80year old grandmother hired this company to see to her washing machine back in March 2019. They removed the motor without her consent/knowing. And said the repair will cost more then replacing. Fair enough we tried selling it as spare parts but only to discover 2 months later that the motor was removed. I called and the receptionist Betrus answered and reassured me they will get to the bottom of this and that Andy will give me a call. Next day still waiting for that call. I decided to call back and the receptionist betrus had a different attitude towards this situation saying that there is no proof that they took the motor and that they are not held responsible for this! Of course I got upset as at this stage it felt like they stole this motor from my gran and asked for Andys number to speak directly as she kept saying Andy will call me which was not going to happen. Betrus very impolite, kept putting my call on hold everytime I would call back and eventually put the phone off the hook. I had to get my father to give them a call which we threatened to get police envolved. I made a review explaining how this company stole our motor. And after 3 days they organized to get someone out to put the motor back as they miraculously find the motor. Andy asked me to remove the status, but I felt the need to elaborate more on the story and not acuse them on stealing. If you hire this company please double check their work. I really dont want anyone going through this embarrassment and drama.

Bad unprofessional service, charged me over a R1000 to fix my machine and it was worse off than ever upon return, they had it for 2 weeks and it is still not fixed, how can you phone someone and say the machine is ready and it was never tested before leaving the workshop, tried using it over the weekend, still NOT working, HELLO!
