This is really a government building for resident doctors in training and foreign visiting doctors and not a building used by the public.Access is severely restricted due to covid pandemic where resident staff need protection from public

Church and conference facilities. Warm staff.

I lived there in 1986/7 and this place is now so neglected.Very sad
