I have been dealing with Atlantic Glass & Aluminium for a number of years now. They promptly reply to emails and requests, their people are reliable and on time. This time they could fix a broken aluminium frame where other businesses charged me but never fixed the frame. I will not even think of using another company for maintenance and repairs. Not worth a half of a star. 18 months ago after I have paid Atlantic Glass for windows and sliding doors I struggled to get the work done. After two months they came to install and since the first day I had complained that the work is not done as ordered. Six months later I were still struggling to have the problems fixed and the leaks repaired. Now after 18 months I am still struggling with a huge amount of water leaking at the windows and sliding doors when it rains. From the first day I also complained about the locks not working as it should and still not repaired. I will not recommend using them at all as they do not know what they are doing and the after sales service is very very poor.

We were not happy with the initial service and quality of the work when AGA initially installed our windows. However, since we are not professionals in the field of window installation and after getting the AGA team back to fix obvious problems, we had no choice but to accept the work (and struggled for more than a month to get the correct invoice).After our window eventually fell out (frame and all), we tried to get quotes for insurance. One company refused to quote or even “get near” our windows, saying the initial installation work done by AGA is “shoddy and downright dangerous”. They even advised that we take the matter up with The Association of Architectural Aluminium Manufacturers of South Africa (AAAMSA).The representative from AAAMSA came out to look at AGA’s original work and called it “shocking”. AAAMSA liaised with AGA. The AAAMSA representative told us, among other things, that simply the fact that wind and rain come in between the wall and frame, was against the law and AGA’s work therefore not up to standard.AGA, however, refused to take responsibility, saying the installation was completely up to industry standard and in no way illegal. The AAAMSA rep advised that we consider litigation.As the Afrikaans saying goes: Goedkoop is duurkoop. You will end up spending more if you opt for this level of workmanship.

Not even worth half a star. Appointment was made to fit at 11h00 and received calls with the one excuse after the other. Havin accomodated them to be at home it is now past 13h00 and still the excuses continue. Absolutely the poorest of service I have encountered.

Did repairs to a sliding door. My encounter was efficient and job was well executed.

Not happy with the service I got they said must come after 2pm on Friday to fetch my glasses nd only to find out its closed by their closing time that is 3pm afternoon Im very disappointed
