My kids love this toy store

This is the most expensive toy store Ive ever encountered in South Africa.Sure, the Hamleys brand is recognised world-wide but since when does that give one the right to exploit parents wallets and purses like that?This is a very average store if I compare it to the Hamleys at Mall of Africa or Sandton City.The staff were quite despondent and seem to be there to fill an employee vacancy as when I enquired about specific products they had no idea what to tell me.For that reason and the sheer rip-off in products Ill only visit here again if I absolutely have no other choice.

Four stars, just for the kids pleasure.They have lots of toys, it looks very good and they have friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Their staff are friendly also and they seems to know what kids want.Its a bit expensive but nevertheless, great store.My kids were super happy.God bless

Very helpful as soon as you walk in, they have every toy for any occasion and age group. Always a pleasure shopping here

You guys get 1 stars because although your store is the best Hamleys I ever went to. Your Hamleys train driver that was working today at 17:45 PM is the rudest person ever, he abuses people with the hooter on the train and swears at them if they do not move. Will not support the Hamleys train again.
