What an absolutely pleasant and professional company to deal with! Great service from Natasha and the Lacotta team, and great quality of products. Also in my opinion reasonably well priced. Had flagstone paving installed by them. They deliverred on time, always kept me updated and worked very neatly. We are extremely happy with the results and would definately recommend them.

Good product. Bad service. A bit out of the way to travel to. Went with sample tile to order grout. They assured me it was the correct colour when i questioned. Got home and started using it only to discover its the incorrect colour. Not worth driving all the way back to exchange it. 3 staff assured us it was the correct colour even though we took the tile purchased from them. So, not happy with service.
