Prices are not competitive as there are online shops that are cheaper but their range of games are amazing.

The service is awesome! They are extremely helpful and answer any questions you have, to which they are also quick to reply.With my experience I ordered a product from overseas through them. This understandably takes longer than normal.They kept me as updated as possible during the wait for the overseas product. When it had arrived in their store, during Black Friday, which was extremely busy for everyone, they put in the extra effort to send my original package with a new order I had made, saving me money. Keep in mind these were two different orders, they could have made me pay more for separate delivery but they didnt.After ordering the newer order from their current stock (which now also included my old order) it was delivered in 2 days! The products came exactly as advertised and were not damaged at all.Their delivery is fast and efficient. In terms of service, they are understanding and friendly.On a side note, I would also like to point out that this is the only place that I could easily purchase the products I wanted. Their product variety is honestly astounding and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Ive been looking for a game that isnt commonly made anymore and added it to my wishlist from the Timeless Board Games site. As soon as they had availability, I was contacted, invoiced and my game was shipped to me received within a couple of days. Communication and service is great and I love that they have a preloved section!

They delivered my games within a day. And the pre-loved game I bought looks almost 100% new. Will definitely order from them again. Excelent client service, asked a question on their webpage and received an email back within hours.

Finally I found a shop selling proper board games, not these chinese plastic trash you find in the big toy shops. Here you get proper quality and board games for all age groups.Really happy I discovered this place today and will surely come back

Over the last couple years I have bought many games from a few vendors but there is none equal to Timeless Board Games. They have the biggest selection, they have the most dedicated and caring staff and they wrap this all up with the most amazing service.Here is a little story to show how great Timeless really is. About 4-5 years ago my wife and I were at a market where timeless had a stand, I approached looking for a game called Bounty this game I played a bunch as a kid and just could not find it anywhere, Richard took my details and then said if he came across it he would let me know. A couple months later I get a mail from him saying he had found my game. I had completely forgotten about the request and encounter but was overjoyed by the fact he was able to find a game that hadnt been in print since 2001 not only had he found the game I loved since I was a kid.. it was in near pristine condition.10/10 would buy again!

Best assortment of off the shelf games to play that Ive seen in any board games shop/cafe so far in SA. Large playing area for events. Eager and friendly staff. They offer cool drinks/coffee and snacks (chips, sweets etc) for those that sit down to play games. Great assortment of figurines and board games to buy too, but they are expensive vs prices you can find online. Ill definitely come back here when Im back in town.

Great, finally a proper board game store in South Africa.The online store has always been great, and their previous premises were just fine but now they have an actual shop.It was really nice when they started their demo games day every first Saturday, with the new premises you can go there any day on the week when they are open to play demos.This makes buying decisions so much easier.Top marks to them.

Went to a weekend boardgame event and the staff was really friendly. The food took a bit long to arrive but they had no problem with bringing your own food.

Timeless has an awesome and large store dedicated to specifically selling boardgames. We easily spend an hour here just trying to decide which games to buy, there is such a great variety. The owners are also very accomodating and provide great customer service, usually they courier the games straight to you as they have an excellent online store as well. We also attend their boardgaming events which are the highlight of our month.
