For the last few months we have been having issues with out inverter, its resets itself, refuse to charge or disconnect from charging. When we charge it from the grid it refuse to charge over 1000kw even if it is set to charge at 2500kw. The unit was sold to us with the ability to be set to self charge in 4 different setting/times. Once you set it to charge at even 2 different times the system stops and does not charge at all. We have been given no solution, no explanation, the current issue of the inverter refusing to charge more that 1000kw was recorded, photos and videos by Johan and confirmed the unit is faulty, in July again it was reported the inverter refuse to charge the batteries, yet the panels produce ampel power but it is not used. We had no feedback. Wednesday again i followed up and was promised he will speak to Luigi and call me back the next day, again nothing as in so many cases before. This is the service we get for a unit under warranty, we paid nearly R200k en referred customers. This a shocking service, false advertising and customer abuse. The worse service and after sales service ever. They quick to sell and promise things but if something goes wrong a simple inverter replacement os to much, even if there own employee confirm the unit is faulty. I will lodge a formal complaint with the NCC and my lawyers in Monday. Stay away from them.

Very rude lady/receptionist, no customer service at all...very phathetic! Lost interest right there, will not consider doing business with the company. I can only imagine the kind of after care service Ill get...
