Very good at their work. So far they try their best to secure. I can recommend them to companies in need of security companies.

This place is very useful and is based in Bedford view at vanbeeuren road, and is very easy for the people to come here and looking for the job, unfortunately this company is bought by national security and this office will be moving out soon and we will miss this company Top Security.

I wouldn’t even give them a single star but unfortunately there is no other way to rate them.WORST service ever. We have a couple of quick call backs when the alarm goes off, but other times it takes an hour to call us, if they even call. They don’t know what they are doing when it comes to sending people out when our alarm goes off. Tonight our alarm had gone off, we thought it would be a good idea for them to come and check the property, as the alarm next door was going off as well, despite the wind factor, we would rather be safe than sorry. They phoned us 10 minutes after the alarm had set off, as well as us setting the silent panic alarm off. We couldn’t hear them on the phone, and they didn’t call back at all. When we eventually got a number to call them, the man on the phone that finally answered couldn’t tell me if their men had arrived here yet or not, I was telling him that I could see somebody was in the yard, while I was on the phone to him and I wasn’t sure if it was their men or a trespasser, he kept repeating that they are sending their men. When I asked if he knows if it is one of their men in the yard he couldn’t give me an answer. Why can they not radio in to the office that they have arrived Incase the client needs to be informed. Their are many people that wouldn’t be as patient as we were and would shoot them, not knowing who it is. I am appalled by Top Securitys service, a place that is supposed to provide security and not panic.Another “amazing” service they have is hiring guards when you are away, when you hire guards from Top Security, who are supposed to protect your house, we come home after 3 days away and they have stolen stuff out of our garden shed and laundry room. “ great protecting guys “ 👍🏻👍🏻

Sometimes quick responses but mostly absolutely incompetent. My wife was on the phone to them explaining that someone is in the yard yet we were waiting to hear from them if they were still sending someone. He couldnt tell us at all if they had sent someone so we were clueless as to who it was. One of their guys or a trespasser. There is no proper system when it comes to emergencies or proper communication between them and the caller. Other times they dont even call when the alarm goes off. I have on a few occasions pushed the panic button by accident and they didnt even respond. Sometimes maybe a call after 45min. Not really sounding like they take security very seriously at all.

Appalling customer service. Emails get ignored, the issue gets deflected. Absolutely do not use this company.Update. Now been 11 days and still no response to my debit order queries. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept to them.

Always quick to phone us and respond whenever the alarm goes off. Very pleasant people that phone to check if everything is ok.

Yesterday it took 6 transfers of the call before someone eventually helped me. Today, no one answers the phones. Ridiculous, for an emergency response company

8 minutes response time then a 14 minute response time to a panic button ,no patrol cars in the area anymore,you also have to phone more than once to get to control room.Then when you want to cancel your services,they ask you a whole bunch of questions and try and avoid the answer.Not happy at all with this company and its service
