I have had them for just over a year and I received the worse service ever, the people there especially the manager, are extremely rude and unhelpful.. They took my money for over 9 months without performing any service, even after I called numerous time to find out whats going on, and when I asked for a refund I was refused.. It will be your biggest mistake taking them on as your security company.. The response time as well as procedures are terrible..
