Do not use for drivers license renewal!You will pay R1500 for nothing. You still need to go and stand in the queue yourself. The only thing they do is handle the payment of the renew fee(which is the easiest and fasted part of the whole thing).Then on top of that you still need to pay extra to have your license delivered to you.

Absurdly unprofessional, Horrible Service, DO NOT USEWe requested a vehicle change of ownership and license disk through this service. I was put in touch with an employee named Lucky in Sandton as the main Bedford offices do not deal with the car licensing services.Payment for the services was made on October 19th and I did not receive my documents until December 2nd despite being told that each would take only 2-5 business days to receive.Throughout the process Lucky was not forthcoming with information. I had to contact him directly to get any feedback at all about the documents, and worse he lied to us on several occasions regarding the status of completion of the documents when asked. I finally called the offices when he stopped responding to messages only to be told that they couldnt help at all I had to just deal with Lucky because he was ...the only person that deals with this sort of thing. Eventually I got hold of Lucky who told me that he had not been in the office for the week hence the delay (despite him telling us beforehand that he had already acquired one of the documents.)After several calls and being hung up on twice, I got ahold of Lucky who told me irately, I already told you Im not at the office. What must I do? I attempted to get the contact info for the Q-Line management as I had been told earlier on in the process that Luckys manager was in the process of getting the documents. However, I am then told that no, Lucky is the manager and the only person I can speak to. After that it took another week before I received the documents as they were sent to the wrong place and eventually had to be picked up directly. And both documents had grease stains on them the title document also had ink marks on it. If I could give this service zero stars I would.Edit:I went to renew my license disk, it turns out they fudged the process so i ended up having to pay for the license disk twice. Screw this business its a scam.

They do not deliver and dont bother asking for a refund. Raylene will treat you like an infant.

Natasha does not actually book your appointment and you drive there for nothing. She does not address you in email by name. Her conduct is shocking. I was suppose to have an app today for my card and she never bothered to invoice me for payment!!Do not use this service if you enjoy a good experience
