The EGA team does an amazing job for galas at Delville Swimming Pool. The marshalling is well managed and the judges and officials always do a great job.During galas there are food trucks to cater for the hungry.The pool is sparkling and clean. And the facilities and also clean.

World class swimming pool always clean and tidy

Deplorable, crummy area.

Probably the worst place to hold South African Junior Nationals Swimming competition. Facilities is underwhelming & would prefer to go to a place which has much better facilities. The Delville area is also very unsafe & I would not recommend the area to anyone.

Very clean, life guards observing all the time and the pool is big and clean, theres security guards but theres no safety place for storage of personal belongings

Still closed for training in Dec 2020. I am sure they could come up with a plan to allow swimming training. Something like a 1 hour slot every 2 hours and max 30 people. It is outdoors so surely there are some options that could apply to allow for training while supporting Covid restrictions.

Great swimming pool, can do with more refreshment options

This semi-private pool is well kept and it continues to be welcoming. Its forever has the coldest temperature of water somehow as if you bring in icebergs, its a well done and keep up the good work.

One of the best outdoor municipal swimming pools in South Africa. Staff conscientious to keep water clear, and ablution facilities regularly cleaned.

Great place to cool down with plenty of lawn area to settle on. You might want to bring an extra-large umbrella if youre going there after 1pm, because most of the shaded are will will occupied by then.The pools are kept clean and crystal blue at all times.

Impressed with this swimming pool and that food and swimming costume vendors are allowed. Is well kept and looked after. Electronic time display was working and pool itself is in good condition.

Not crowded, the best place one can go to with friends and family

Its always been a lovely pool. And today it was the EGA gala. What a pity that stands are not kept clean. Dirt is allowed to accumulate behind the steps. Dont know where the cleaners think its going to go? It does not evaporate or disappear, as a cleaner you have to get your hands dirty and pick up the empty plastic bottles and sweet and chips wrappers. They not just going to fly away. And actually thats what the cleaners at Delville swimming pool get paid for. With our tax money! Do your job for a change!
