Zero estatePlease do a thorough research before you purchase, take a drive through the area it’s a whole new township. People have turned their houses into Salons, Crèche and Spaza shops. Their service is atrocious. I urge you all don’t be like me and REGRET buying what’s supposed to be an investment.

As a prospective house buyer who has since done all the necessary paperwork sInce March to July 2017; having been promised to occupy by March 2018 the latest; Im very much unhappy and disappointed. Still to this day my supposed to be house is still not ready for me to occupy. Im even thinking of cancelling everything now and rather go elsewhere. Im unhappy, disgruntled and frustrated. My lease has long expired and Ive been extending incessantly. I must move out by the 25th April and I have nowhere to go.Cosmopolitan you have truly disappointed me.M Mbuli18 Sky City.
