Always a pleasure talking to the friendly admin ladies!

After supporting and being fiercely loyal to neucoat for 15 years plus. I received a very bad batch of 850gm dam Lining material. I let the appropriate people know, even sending pictures asking the way forward. About a week later Anton the Rep called and said the problem with the material was unacceptable, and that it would be addressed. Well now that was over a month ago.... I have since moved on to a new smaller supplier who appreciates my business and supplies me A grade material every time..... I now know that my small family run business isnt important to the big bad corporate Neucoat, so I have given my measly R1-2mil a year purchases to someone that does...It seems that the big companies just want to stick it the little guy!Beware folks, you could be next!
