Not only is this humble store always working towards improvement, but they also welcome all new players with open arms and the most loving patience. Thank you to everyone at sad Robot for introducing me to a world beyond reality, and freeing me to feel safe expressing myself in the most fun way possible.

Their card selection is good and their prices are decent. With these, I no complaints. Of course, except for when someone else buys the card that I was looking at. But there is no such thing as unlimited stock.I have two concerns though: Firstly, I accidentally misspelled my email address when creating an account. This wasnt picked up by me for a few days yet they allowed me to continue shopping.Secondly, their information regarding their courier service is old and inaccurate.

Cannot believe the level of un-profesionality with this place and the store owner Phillip.We had made clear arrangements to make a sale on a collection that I had loaded onto deckbox with all relevant cards and costings and asked that he take a look and make an offer should he be interested he confirms he is interested at said price for that collection of cards. We setup to meet and after traveling for over 40 minutes to get to his store he tells me nope he is no longer interested! Says he misunderstood and thought there were more cards then what exactly was listed on deckbox?! No idea where he gets this from it was extremely clear what I was selling! This after I specifically told him it is the listed cards and that all bulk cards had been removed. I tell him Im extremely upset that I have traveled all this way after he was in agreement to do a deal only to be told that he is no longer interested upon my arrival! He then continues to say that he doesnt appreciate me trying to shove my cards down his throat! After I clearly explained to him I was not upset that he was not purchasing them but rather that he had wasted so much of time.I am sorry I have never ever come across such an unprofessional business in my entire life!To keep things short dont waste your time selling your collections to these guys as they will completely and utterly waste your time then continue to disrespect you with alarming accusations of trying to force them to buy something they dont want to.Pathetic!
