Worst service ever! Took my smart TV in for a quote to repair. After 2 weeks I phoned them to ask whats going on. Only for them to tell me its irreparable. Refusing to take their word for it, I requested them try again and demanded a damage report. That only took 4 more weeks to get. Would not recommend them at all.

Worst service ever, the blond lady is very rude. Not happy with the service I received today from her, she want to charge me to check if my decorder is faulty or not and Dstv told me that its free of charge. Woman you really need to resign if you are not happy with your job coz Kruger Electronics will loose customers because of your attitude. Will never recommend them to anyone

They installed a new satellite dish and explorer decoder on Monday 21 OCT 2019. There were problems after they.left as not all channels were playing and called multichoice 100 times and their incompetent personnel could not assist me. Tuesday no channel was playing and called multichoice again without success. Kruger Electronics came to my rescue and referred me to go to the walk in centre in Alberton and problem was fixed. Johan Kruger is very professional and makes a follow up and update you about on the arrival time of his technicians throughout the day

Very bad service. My TV nearly fell from the unit. Because when they installed open view they left the cable between the stand and the unit. Which had my unit tilted. They installed my open view dish not even 3 months. I called today because there is no Signal. Only to be told that I will have to pay for the call out fee. I decided to call Nkosi from Pronet who said the dish had fallen because the bracket was not installed properly. Pronet is 5 stars.

I asked for a quote for a new gate motor. After the owner gave the quote to my daughter, he told her. You owe me R350 for the quote. When I phoned to ask then for the quote, I was not informed that there are any fees involved.... I will NOT be using them for the replacement of my gate motor...

A most frustrating and upsetting experience. The shop assistant seems to be bi polar, first he was friendly then downright rude and abrasive. I just wanted 2 remotes for my gate programmed. No one ever arrived and I used another company. I will never go to Kruger Electronics again there is no customer service and the motto seems to be the customer is always wrong.
