Great Doctor, but not a great experience.My experience at the Doctors office:For starters, while we were waiting for the Dr., the receptionist left to attend to her personal cellphone, leaving a patient waiting outside for about 10 minutes, and another waited about 6 minutes just to pay his bill. After seeing the doctor to get a referral letter, an elderly lady and her husband came in, she sat down but the plastic chair broke beneath her causing her to fall, the doctor told her to sit on the chair with the steel legs, which cause the lady to tell her husband she is too fat for the other chairs. The receptionist left us waiting about 10 minutes just to be told the card machine doesnt work but we can EFT. She gave us a slip stating the amount, but never asked for it back, after we left and we were already a distance away they called asking for us to bring the slip back.Regardless, I forgot to ask the Doctor for a Doctors note, so I emailed them, but no response, I asked my partner to call them, and they advised him at 8AM they will send it now, and at this moment in time it is past 3PM and I still havent received my Doctors note.Extremely Poor Administrative and Reception Service in my experience

Fantastic Doctor and Administrative staff, who always go the extra mile for their patients. Dr. Nel has a great interest in her parents and will investigate any issues you are having until she finds the root cause. She gets straight to the point and always gives you factual information. Whilst being a great Doctor you can tell she is an incredible intellectual as well.

Was shocked at the service I got, Went in today, And got a referred to a specialist. Was given a note and telephone number which to call to make the appointment. (no examination , no BP check or anything else)The details of the note was incorrect (in terms of what treatment was given). To my surprise when I called the number, the specialist was on long term leave. I called the surgery to inform them of this, and I was promptly asked why I did not ask to go to a Dr X ! Now how would One know this information? Seems like the only interest here is financial. At least pretend to care.

Its the worst service one can get. No interest during the examination, just to draw blood and call one 3 days later and tell what is NOT wrong with you. Weak! Weak! Weak! Would not recommend anyone to use her service !!
