Did not have the cable I needed, was told to come back the next day.... they should have stock. The shelves actually all looked pretty bare...

Helpful sales assistant, but forgot to follow up.Unfortunately store looks very tired and dated.Looks as if there are not enough lights on as well.

Too expensive on computer gadgets

Its a small shop, but after looking for something at 5 other computer shops, I managed to find it here. It was just a small part for my computer, unfortunately, it ended up not accomplishing what I needed and I returned it without any issues. Thank you. I purchased a cable and the packaging read 2 meters and the cable was 1.5 meters. I could not get a refund.

The problem with Matrix is that their shops are not stocked very well, yes computer parts are diverse and expensive but surely if they invest in a logistics strategy this can be improved
