Used them for rug and carpet cleaning and my experience was:-On time.-Professional.-My carpets look new.Will make use of their services again.

Two main issues - the first is that the cleaners used only water for cleaning (no detergents appeared to be used) as a result - the net effect is that my couches are still not clean.Secondly, although I approved a quote for a 5 seater, the team came in and cleaned my 3 seater (the 2 seater was right next to it!) and then packed up telling me they were done and issuing me with an invoice for the full quotation price. Only when I questioned why the 2 seater seemed dry and untouched did they admit that they only cleaned the 3 seater (which has taken about 45mins). They then cleaned the 2 seater in about 10mins and this dried much quicker than the 3 seater leading me to believe that an even worse job was done on the 2 seater.

I love working with Chem-dry edenvale. Very friendly and efficient service and the carpets looks brand new after they are done.
