I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle for repairs to Supa Quick Lambton. It was my first time at this branch, but I must congratulate Indrin for his outstanding technical, hands-on approach to the issues my vehicle had and personally took special care of the problems at hand and also every issue was resolved that he came accross and had me happy and smiling on my way home again with a personal Garantee that all was in order. I havent had such service in a long time. I must recommend this branch for all your Shocks, Tyre, Exhaust, etc requirements.

Very poor service. I had to listen to the owner complain to another person (not a customer) about how bad business is due to COVID-19, while I stood there waiting to pay. Business isnt bad due to COVID-19 Its because you offer exceptionally poor service. You dont consult with customers about the issues they are experiencing, so that you offer the best solution. You let your customers tell you what service they want, even if its not going to solve the problem and then get annoyed when they come back. Then you make them wait to pay while you have a personal conversation. Times are changing. People work hard for their money and they want the best service when they spend that money. I have 5 vehicles and all 5 will be going to your competition in future.

On Sunday i drove all the way from Benoni to the supa quick only to find out that it is close on Sundays.... while on Google it showed it is open on Sundays till 13:00.

Staff were helpful, even though they didnt have the battery I needed. Helped me get the car going to get to another establishment that did have. They could have had my battery there in an hour or so but I was in a hurry and couldnt wait.

The service was horrible. They couldnt even give a quotation for my insurance. The guys said he could only write it down by hand. This is the second experience that Ive had with supa quick and both experiences were so bad. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Unethical and lack skills and knowledge about tyres, batteries and alignment. Could not get my alignment corrected. Then my steering was skew... Endless problems.. I wont recommend this establishment.
