Friendly, helpful and staff. The lady taking my initial call communicated clearly, and found the items in stock that I required. When I arrived in person, these had been kept at the counter for me, so our transaction was smooth. I drove some distance there to get what I was looking for, but it was certainly worth it.

Very unfriendly lady behind the parcel counter.Doing nothing but refuses to assist me, rude and arrogant.

I can do lots of my shopping in Pep.Their service is good and they are not too expensive.

Pep store is known for cheaper clothing, and you can often find real bargains here. But some of their clothes are made very poorly. They also sell some plastic kitchen ware and towels which is lovely if you want cheap picnic stuff.
