Complicated, unfriendly reception, dont like to deal with VFS George, everytime I applied for a Visa renewal it was stressful, sorry to come up with this negative review, today it was the same thing. I wish VFS would change into a more costumer friendly attitude, there is one lady behind the counter taking the biometrics and she is confidently and friendly doing her job, wish all her colleges where of the same mindset.
