We very recently installed our pool through Pro-X Pools and what a great experience it was. Marcel and Simoné are upfront about what needs to be done so there are no surprizes and so friendly and helpful! The workers all works like a well oiled machine and each one knows exactly what they are doing. They are very professional, friendly and honest. I would whole heartedly recommend Pro X-Pools to anyone. Do not try to go cheap to save money, in the long run it will cost you more!

My experience with Pro X-Pools exceeded my expectations. The turnaround time was great, they went the extra mile and their prices were better than their competitors.

I have no hesitation in recommending Pro X-pools, they remodeled my splash pool a couple of weeks ago, their staff were efficient and pleasant. They did an excellent job and I now have a pool that looks brand new.

After-sales service is disgusting!!Marcel and Simoné were happy to take our money for a new pool. After the installation, we had numerous problems with the pool. Marcel promised to come fix them but never arrived. Now he refuses to take my calls.We bought a solid safety pool cover from Marcel that does not fit. He refuses to fix the cover so we now have a very expensive cover we can not use.Very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for the money we paid. I think he’s a bit of a scammer.Be careful dealing with Pro-X pools

Contacted Pro X to fix a massive Pool problem caused by sloppy work from another contractor, they were courteous, quick and the quality is excellent. Had i contacted them in the first place i would have saved myself a lot of unnecessary drama! My thanks and gratitude to Marcel and the Pro X team
