Very professional and friendly service. The technicians were polite and conducted themselves well. The owner gave lots of advice when we hit a snag (not of their doing). Honest recalculation of quote when we had to change options. First problems started 5 months after installation. The service I received then was good. 11 months later the inverter gave problems. I once again received good service. But since then the system has not given the promised output. The batteries give me 20 to 30 minutes during loadshedding, with only the TV, wifi router and 1 led light on. This means that the system worked effectively for 1 year and 3 months.

Their service from quote to instillation was excellent. It is great to know that service like this still exists in SA.
