Friendly staff my husband enjoyed the go karts just as much as the kids!!!

Lovely place with indoor activities , perfect for a rainy day in George. Trampoline park for kids and go karts for wilder spirit. It was fun until it rained so much the indoor track became wet, caused karts to skid, our group ended up loosing 2 of the 5 cats before our hour had ended. Group bookings of 10 are cheaper, but note they only have 5 cars so its 5 teams of 2 and you need to take turns. The supervision is great though, always someone watching the track for accidents or accidents waiting to happen...then steps in for safety

Below averageCalled ahead to book for family of 9 to do go karting.Was told not to worry its first come first serve no need to book. I asked if they were sure because there are 9 of us coming.They said no problem at all. (Called 3 days before)Upon arrival we were then told sorry they only have 1 working go kart. We drove an hour and a half to get there and this should have been communicated over the phone so we didnt waste our time.Trampoline Park was okay, not amazing compared to other parks in the country.

I really dislike giving negative reviews but I have no other choice but to warn other cosumers. In tough economic times a person would think that all companies would go the extra mile to make most of the fesitive season especially seeing as the beaches are closed due to covid.Elevate Trampoline Park has the following shortfalls that should really be investigated and solved:1. Reception was fairly slow but still the best of the entire experience;2. Walkwaysa) are poorly lit;b) are broken in some areas;c) edges are not marked and due to the poor lighting I fell;3. After waiting a hour to go on the go-carts only one was still in working order. These problems could most probably have been avoided if the cars were serviced regularly or if an employee was properly trained to identify and solve minor technical problems. Due to the broken cars the family couldnt race against each other thus leading to us getting a refund.Reading other reviews on this platform it seems as though management is not concerned about any of the problems as some of the issues we had is ongoing from one review to the next.

Toilet facilities, shop.No food aloud though but snacks, coffee and chips are available from shop.Go carts also good fun under the same roof.Beat the lap time ✊ if your feet can reach the pedals you can ride.Adults can jump with kids. Foam pit a good workout to get out of 😅You can only jump using their socks. Purchased at entrance.Recommended for parties and a good time out with the kids.

Heat place for kids. Safety seemed great as everything is padded. The staff are calm but firm with the children when explaining the usage rules. Snack selection is OK, although heavily focused on sugar products. Would have liked to see alternative to chips, sweets and predominantly fizzy drinks. Overall great fun!

It is a good place to work out for adults and kids and adults and kids can jump in the same place and the go-karts you can ride if your feet can reach the pedals and the foam pit is fun to jump in just good luck getting out😅

Just a pity a 2 year old cant jump on the big trampolines. Theyve got a small trampoline for the little ones but thats not fun because they want to join the other kids which makes it a bit unfair. Go cart track is awesome though.

Well I did not use the trampolines. I was there for the gokarts. Loved it. Nice little place, would definitely go there for fun day out. They have an okay variety of food and drinks available at the kiosk on the premises which is very convenient.Needs a safer place to put your belongings when your out on the gokart track.

Nice place for children to get rid of excess energy. Too noist with the cart racing though and the smell of fuel, can put a divider up maybe.

Any person under 110kg will have lots of fun here. Go karting also an activity here. Hour and a half of jumping and my kids was sweating it out. Healthy playing recommended for everyone.

You have customers coming from far wide, you have such a large building that you could expand with more trampolines, the go-karts should be placed outside (where the noise should be) away from the fun and good music inside.Your Marshalls should be given whistles and monitor the children more, I can see they are stuck and struggling between not wanting to make the customers unhappy and telling them the rules such as customers that were allowed in with no socks including the small child.Why is there no aircon? Once again a lovely business, but not been used to in full potential.Your mats around the trampolines are loose and some are broken (why are there no repairs been done?).From a customer point of view, it seems that the business is nothing more than pocket money for the owner, which is such a pity! for a place that has so much potential plus, has customers that seek places like this for kids entertainment which is so scarce.This includes your Marshalls that Im sure, have many hidden talents yet they are not been used to their full potential as well and be used as examples to encourage children and teens to spend more time at Elevate Trampoline Park.

Had a very good time here with friends, the warm reception, it was our first time and we had one gentleman show us around before doing any activity and it was worth every penny, this is a place to visit. Definitely coming back again

A new and exciting venture that has launched in George. Popular with kids since it has opened and the go carting option that has been added seems to be catching on. Service can be improved all around as supervisors need to pay more attention to the kids and the front desk needs to be a little more efficient when deling bookings. Overall not a bad experience and it has the potential to be a huge success in George.A worthwhile place to visit if you have young kids.

Its amazing. Its not just trampolines there are go karts you can ride aswell. You get a whole hour and a half to jump and theres a little shop to buy snacks and drinks.

Wonderful, safe, exciting play space for kids. It is a pity it is so expensive. R290 for two kids (socks included)... Wont be able to afford coming here again soon...

I went to Elevate the day it opened early in January of 2017, it was great, the trampolines were solid and the foam pit packed with foam blocks. I went there again on the 1st of January 2018 and it was terrible. As a gymnast, it was a complete disgrace. The trampolines are all worn out, and the springs will only elevate someone under 30kg. If you want to pay R95 + R25 for socks to either get a severe back injury or just sit around in disgust, then be my guest. In my opinion, just wait until the next time you go to Cape Town and go visit Rush!

Could be more forgiving on time. Sesions hour and half. Should rather ask per sesion of individual and not specific times. Not very friendly service. Nice place for kids over 2 years as they can not jump even when there is no one there. Human error though. My 4 year old had fun.

Had a great time there with friends on Saturday. Friendly staff. My son also cant stop talking about how great this place is. Will surley come again.

Kind and professional staff. Went for the indoor go karts. The 10 mins is the best option. Steering is quite heavy so 5 mins will be perfect for younger drivers. There is a leaderboard for the fastest times. After the race you can a page with your times on and showing your fastest lap. Its TRUE that you do 36 +- laps. Great place to go when the weather is not so good. Would highly recommend. It is a bit pricey but worth it.

Trampoline park ok however their staff are in desperate need of training. We ordered slush puppies and while standing at the counter the top part of the sippy cups fell on the floor. The attended proceeded to pick the straw and cup assembly up of the floor and inserted into my daughters drink like nothing happened. When I told him I wont accept it the attended looked at me like the cat dragged me in. Not sure that I would trust any of the hygiene standards after this incident.Put a real damper on an otherwise ok experience.

Very nice place indeed.go carts are modern and has a nice track.big tramopline area where kids hop from one to the next.you can even hire for a birthday party a certain section.even like a cafee inside.

Fun for kids on a rainy day like today. Pity that their coffee machine is out of order....was really looking forward to a cup of coffee while sitting here for an hour.

This was one of the worst experiences my grandchildren ever had! There is NO supervision! The boys are 8 & 10 years old and had to share the same trampolines with men older than 20 years! The boys were pushed off the trampolines! They were physically pushed so hard that they fell, and were hit by much older and bigger children than themselves with some round, elongated hard object.I had to ask three times for supervisors to look out for these boys....nothing was done! Eventually I had to ask the manager to sort out the problem. He just walked through the facility and still the boys was bullied!!!!Please do not think your child is safe at this facility!!
