Its a nice estate to stay in. Seems safe. There are rooibokke walking around and the housing follows a standard theme which is good. The estate is close to the mall. The main problem is access (you require a nfc tag) and there are no modern access methods like facial recognition or fingerprint. Tags are extremely unsafe. Finally the estate is very close to a rural area and Ive heard complaints about loud music and burning of garbage leaving a foul smile.

Too expensive!! Normal people with average income will never have the opportunity to buy property!! Everything is overpriced!!

Beautiful vintage feel to what looked like an old renovated farmhouse it would have been even better if there had been an enclosed secure area for my pet however it wasnt a huge problem. I did mention, when asked, that I dont eat red meat ... very kindly had a steak dinner prepared for me ... loved the veggies and my dog enjoy the steak 😉

This village has been well kept and is secure. Shops are within walking distance and the staff are friendly.

I cant complain about the living in Blue Mountain, the security is fantastic and it is really peaceful. But I have to say it is really becoming unsettling to see the standards slip of the hoa. There was a rule that when you build you have to decide if you want to have wooden doors and windows, or aluminium. But you cant have both. But now every second house has aluminium windows and a wooden door.There is a rule that your garden must be neat and lawn mowed, allas most are, but there is a few that slip through the cracks.There was a rule that you cant build with wood, stone and concrete. But there is a house with a wooden built garage, stone pillars and ordinary painted walls.Standards are slipping, please dont let it slip to far.
