I contacted Dr. Hattings rooms in great distress and asked if they could possibly assist me with an appointment, at first the receptionist informed me that I could only have a consultation in a weeks time at the earliest, but I am sure after hearing the distress in my voice the receptionist decided to see if they could not assist me the same day. She said I should hold on while she speak to Dr. Hatting and came back to me and booked me an appointment for that very same day.I arrived for my appointment and the receptionist was very kind and made me feel relaxed.Dr. Hatting was extremely patient with me, although I told him that I have googled myself into a state of complete anxiety, he listened to all my concerns and after a thorough professional examination, Dr. Hatting explained to me what was wrong and what he could prescribe. He was patient to answer all my questions about the medication and said that I can come and see him anytime if there was not an improvement off my symptoms within days. I felt comfortable with his diagnoses and went to fill my prescription.After only one day there was a big improvement and after two weeks all the symptoms have disappeared and I can honestly say that I feel like a new person. I have to add that I have seen many GPs about the same problem and have struggled with this for many years, and finally I am now symptom free and feel an overall improvement in my well being, I find Dr. Hatting to be extremely knowledgeable in his field.
