Was informed that my collection would be mid monthz which turned out to be 8th. After the consultant called to confirm collection 12:00-14:00 on a Sunday, they did not pitch at all. No phone call, no communication, no excuses.Pathetic service and do not recommend using them to anyone.

The value I got from the consultant was great, I supplied with everything they needed and signed the agreement. I specifically stated that I need my stuff to be at my new place before 24 of April. I call their agent for the entire week to get a response when will their delivery guys come and fetch my stuff. I waswas only told the agent is busy for almost 10 days. I was only today on the 20 of april that delivery could only be done between 14-17 May.I couldnt believe how they get 4.5 star rating.I mean they qoutation is useless if I cant get my stuff on time and I feel like this should have been communicated with me much earlier. Since I signed inventory list 3 to 4 weeks where I stated the dates to avoid disappointments.Their service is poor will not recommend it to anyone. You wouldnt want to be in my shoes now.

The most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. Denton still to phone me back a day later. Truck more than 24 hours behind. In stead of being honest, we get poor excuses. Phones not answered. Whole weekend wasted. High rating on google surely not correct?!

I used Eezi Move to move from Cape Town to George and I was put in a share between Joburg, Cape Town and George. My furniture was badly damaged, my fish tanks were destroyed, employees did not wear appropriate sanitation and the so-called insurance is impossible to get a payout from.

They were on time and quick with my move great job guys
