Poor craftsmanship. Orthotics were lumpy and hurt my foot . . Taking months to heal. Expensive. Will not be back

This place is a fraud, poorly crafted work, overpriced, slow delivery time and I would NOT recommend this place! Used to be great, but service delivery is on the decline. I recommend Franette Botha Prosthetist for any Orthopaedic work.

Super friendly reception staff. Werner himself was awesome with our 8yr old. Very happy to have found this team in George!

Poor service, overpriced, you only get contacted back if you have funds available otherwise they dont return evens a phone call or email, client is told claim is approved by medical aid, item can be fetched, 2 months later you receive an account of which you have to pay in, they moral integrity especially seeing that they are dealing with pasients with injuries or post opp. Will in future make use of Franette Botha 78 Victoria street or Orthopaedic services in 33 Courtney street.
