Made an appointment for 8am and 9am stand in cold from 7am and its at 3pm with no help we ask and simply dont care about you stand one place the whole day without any assistance. Very POOR.

I had to see the dr.the nurses checked my vital signs with a smile.very friendly and helpfull.like 10 minutes later I saw the dr and was given a prescription.the dr was friendly and understood me.at the chemist, the staff also friendly and not long to wait to get medication.clean place and nice soft seats to sit on.
