Cross roads with Nicola early this year. Myself a type 2 diabetes with insulin dependence at almost 100 units per day. After 5 months a new person with no insulin and sugar levels stable at an average of 5.5. Continue almost 20 kilos lighter after 5 months. Without your help and guidance Nicola would have been absolutely impossible. You earn your 5 stars VERY MANY THANKS
