I couldnt sleep last tonight. My thoughts kept returning to a company in George and I started reading up on their reviews. I read the previous review and pondered on the ladys words, her perceptions...Sometimes in life you speak to someone and in your mind you see the particular person from your frame of reference. You look at a situation, ignoring possible opposing viewpoints. This form of bias is called selective perception and it is a dangerous trend in which to be engaged. In your haste to hold the person accountable for his or her perceived behaviour, you cause damage to not only the individual, but also the company, the livelihood of many families. But, you have reached your goal. Your one-sided perception has been heard.Thus said, a review from my perspective follows.The owner of said company might seem rough around the edges to some, but why? Because he speaks his mind? Because he calls a spade a spade? This individual was an integral part in the survival of our company during lockdown. He did not know us on a personal level, and still dont, but he assisted us without requiring any deposits or upfront payment throughout trying times.This rude mans wife manufacturing fabric masks for resell by our company. Not a part of their normal business activities, again, not requiring, not knowing if we were going to be able to renumerate her for her hours of work. We still wear her masks every day, my child proudly pointing to her mask, Mommy, look how beautiful my mask and top look together. My other child, tactile sensitive, only wearing this rude mans wifes masks.And now, months later, this rude man is assisting me in realizing my dreams, working skin to the bone, sometimes under a heck of a lot of pressure. This rude man and his wife has hearts of gold, and the question arise in my mind.What exactly is the opposing viewpoint on what the lady wrote in the previous review.I will bad mouth you at every possible opportunity... I have never heard these people bad mouth anybody before.

Five stars. Good quality. Good workmanship. Good service.

If I could I would give them a 0 - guy on the phone was so rude and unhelpful it was shocking - I even phoned a second time trying to speak to amanager - turned out he is the manager - if that is how you speak to potential customers you do not deserve my business and I will bad mouth you at every possible opportunity

Jaandrés craftsmanship is excellent. He makes an effort with every project. Hes a guy who does, does not make empty promises. Quality. Pride. Honesty.
