Fabulous service. The tracking function showed my parcels movements all the way, through the night, and it never sat still for a moment until it arrived at my front door from CT to Knysna. Maybe these other reviewers were just unlucky, but very impressive and fast.

Terrible!! No way to contact them. They don’t answer you anywhere. They have a whatsapp line but they don’t ever get back to you with one of their “friendly customer service reps”.So much waisted potential, they have the software but its useless.I just hope my package eventually arrives so I can forget about this company.

Fast and friendly service!

Previous experience with FastWay was always fine, but the parcel I am currently still awaiting delivery for was shipped to me a week ago. It was misdirected to the wrong depot and instead of immediately sending it to the correct depot it was out for delivery in Bloemfontein rather than on its way to me in the Western Cape. A week later it is finally being shipped to the correct depot, which takes days apparently. Very disappointed that a delivery that shouldve taken 3-5 days is taking close to 2 weeks. Emailed branches and submitted online queries and the only response I got was to say that my message had been received.

Fantastic service! Very good communication from the George Depot! My item was packaged securely and safely as instructed, and arrived perfectly on time.

We have an online shop and we deal with Courier Services the whole day, and I can say without a doubt that Fastway has given us the worst service possible.Today we are standing on week 3 without receiving our parcel.George branch didnt answer their phone for a whole week, about 126 missed calls.The national call center didnt change the delivery address after we have called them 5 times to change it. We attempted changed it with the hope that it would be delivered.Apparently their vehicle broke down on the one day so they couldnt deliver. Then they gave the parcel to a third party which was going to deliver, and they just didnt arrive. Then they didnt service our area on certain day. I wonder what will be the excuse tomorrow?I think they are going to break a record for longest delivery from Johannesburg to Garden Route. Currently we are standing on day 15 without receiving our parcel.Will we ever receive our parcel? Who knows?Will they respond to comments on reviews?

You want fast look the other way! Fastway is truly a misrepresentation.... There is really nothing fast about these people. Choose another courier.

Unfortunately Google does not allow a ZERO!!!The service of you George branch is atrocious. Our parcels sometimes lay in wait of collection for a few days. We run our business from home and cannot even consider leaving the house before 7PM because that is when collection happens..IF WE ARE LUCKY, in spite of the fact that we close at 4:30pm. The staff lie to our customers when THEY screw up... DISGUSTING! We are currently waiting for Thursday and Fridays parcel to be collected AGAIN. We will of course be canceling these collections and sending them out with The Courier Guy. We do not have occasional collections...in fact we have daily collections. Clearly customer service is NOT a priority for Fastway. You should perhaps consider changing the company name to SLOWESTWAY.

Always have excuses for delays and always is delayed. Worst courier I have used. DO NOT USE

Package was delivered but a day late, after calling plenty

Been waiting since 8 this morning, its now 20:00 when I search my parcel it says on board the courier. Phoned then three times todat and was promised my parcel would be delivered today !! Were is my parcel ????

No answer when phoning...how do you get service??????

Would like to say thank you to July-May for helping me get my package after the sender put in incorrect details, I needed the package during the weekend and see arranged for a pick up after hours. Thank you for your time.

They have moved 4 times in the last 2 years without notifying their customers or updating their website or Google page. So frustrating trying to find them every time they move. No sign boards. Nothing. Its like theyre hiding from their customers.

Stay away. George depot lost my parcel from their floor and now its my problem. First George told me it was delivered, then it was lost, then again it was delivered etc. etc. etc. Everytime I ask who signed it off they come with a new explanation and will come back to me. Now after almost 5 months I contacted them again, first George said it was signed off, when I ask again by whom I receive a email that I must contact the importers.

To give them even 1x star is much more, they dont deserve even that one. I do not recommend this courier comapny at all

Parcel left Cape Town depot Monday 24th @ 13h09.... now the 30th and still no parcel.... they do not work on weekends and they are closed tomorrow so I will hopefully receive it on the 02/01/2019.

Take more than a week for a parcel to come from JHB to George. Also says parcel is out for delivery today but arrives 3 days later. Also trying contacting them is impossible. Pathetic.

It was my first time using fastway couriers what a kak service 😈😈 29thOctober my parcel was taken from Cpt to George but it is the 31st October still they havent received it yet

Please save yourself the frustration of dealing with Fastway George, Fastway as a whole change outlying areas as they see fit, been dealing with them for 8 years and all of a sudden this year areas i had delivered to before they cant service...conveniently...yet they still take your money...Just another Telkom in the making...!!

I tried without success to contact the George depot. My parcel was, according to Fastways tracking service, due for delivery today 22/03/2019. Stayed home to receive the parcel. Still no parcel! Very disappointed to say the least.

Parcels take much longer than what i get from other courier companies and bad website.
