Am very happy to review my review...... Vacasa has been in contact and we are sorting the issues. Many thanks Vacasa. However, Booking.com seem to have let this whole process down as the messages I sent via the Booking.com site have not reached the property it seems. Please look into your communications Booking.comI can only say extremely negative things about this property at the moment because no-one is getting back to me or answering my emails. I cannot call cause the automated number on the booking.com site seems bogus as well. I booked this property and cancelled on the 1st september 2475.462.276 well within the cancellation policy and still to this day do not have a refund and no-one is getting back to me!!!!! Terrible service from Booking.com and the property. Please if anyone from the property reads this..... answer your emails. That is the confirmation number above.
